La ceremonia del Puja

Hoy domingo 13 participamos en la ceremonia del Puja. Tradición Sherpa en la cual se pide por la salud y bienestar de todos los integrantes de la expedición. Es una ceremonia que dura unas dos horas, tiempo en el que se reza, se realizan ofrendas y se levantan las banderas de oración que dan vida y protección a nuestro campamento.

Durante la tarde comenzamos con el entrenamiento de escalada en hielo. Cada detalle cuenta para llegar a la cumbre del Everest, por lo que durante los próximos 5 días estaremos revisando cada detalle y técnica de escalada.
