Ultimos preparativos para nuestra expedición al Chimbote.

Ya estamos terminando los detalles finales para partir mañana temprano
en nuestro 2º intento al mítico y casi místico Chimbote, que vendría siendo
como el santo grial de las montañas en Chile. Nuestro plan consta de una
aproximación de 4 días desde el valle del río Olivares a un campo alto
situado a 5.100 metros más o menos, desde donde tendremos dos días para
intentar la cumbre.

Esta vez vamos con más equipo, lo que signifíca que vamos con más peso, pero
eso nos va a dar mejores chances de lograr en objetivo. Vamos a estar
enviando despachos constantemente gracias al apoyo de Expenews.

También queremos agradecer al club alemán andino DAV por su auspicio que nos
ha sido de gran ayuda, ya que sin ellos no podriamos haber concretado esta
expedición, o hubiese sido mucho más dificil.
